Shipping Policy

Orders usually dispatched within 3-5 working days Large orders may take longer we will advise at point of order Standard Shipping is 3-4 working days  Standard P&P cost for items upto 1kg is £4.95

Refund Policy

Many of our products are made to order so unfortunately once an order is placed we cannot accept cancellation of orders or refund monies,

We are happy to replace items damaged in shipping upon receipt of email notification within 24 hours of receipt, detailing damage and to include photographic proof of damage We are unable to accept returns for any other reason than this.  i.e no longer wanted/change of mind etc.. as we believe the photos and description represent a good and true representation of the products.
