Caramelised onion & Whiskey Chutney
A mouth-watering homemade caramelised onion chutney with the addition of Scotch Whiskey – the taste is simply reminiscent of summer bbq’s.
Made in small batches using the open pan method, hand stirred allowing for even cooking resulting in a high quality product.
No artificial flavourings, colours or preservatives.
My kitchen is 5* food hygiene rated and I try to use produce from my own allotment where possible or locally sourced.
Tasty and versatile, this chutney is perfect alongside fine cheeses, ploughman’s salad or added to casseroles for enhanced flavour.
Can be stored for 12+ months – must be refrigerated after opening and used within 6 weeks.
